It's been a while since we passed this way, and once again this charming cafe didn't fail to impress. The coffee is sublime (my wife suggests all Victorian coffee is good, but I suspect she may be biased). This time we had the opportunity to enjoy lunch there. A straightforward menu with a melody of flavours to tempt you. I had the pulled pork burger with apple slaw which was just divine. Tender pork and crunchy slaw, fresh and zesty. She who must be obeyed enjoyed the ham, cheese and tomato pide. None of your dainty transparent slices of ham here, just a generous filling of moist and subtly-seasoned piggy destined to fill your tummy.
