I've taken everything from Pilates, yoga, cycling, tone, and Zumba, and you can genuinely tell that the instructors here are knowledgeable, intentional, and welcoming to all fitness levels. Huge shout-out to Karen, Kimberly, and Adrienne, who recently launched the new Yoga, Body & Balance routine. It was so well-structured, energizing, and thoughtfully led. Leonia, Viridiana, and Teresa also deserve major recognition for delivering consistently intense, motivating workouts that really push you (in the best way). What stands out most is the environment. These classes feel inclusive, encouraging, and community-driven. It's the kind of place where you don't feel judged but you feel supported. The connections I'm making in these classes are honestly a big reason I stay consistent. If you're looking for more than just a gym and something that feels like a community, the Kernersville Y truly delivers.
