The prices and literature were intimidating at first- I'm no pro when it comes to printing- but every one was super friendly, helpful, professional and talented at what they do. Don is amazing at what he does and he truly works with you in achieving what you want for your photos. He did our engagement photos recently and it went really smooth. He made it fun and we felt comfortable taking pictures with him because he made everything go with the flow and it felt very natural! We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. It was nice that he wanted us to have a big selection of photos with different background and styles. When we were taking pictures Don made us feel very relaxed. I loved that he made us feel at home and it was enjoyable! He taught us different poses and made it simple as possible. It was such a fun day! LOL The week before our engagement photos he even called me to talk about attire and it was really nice of him to talk about what would be best to wear and he really wanted us to look perfect on that day and suggested many different outfits and even asked if he could see what we got planned to see if it would go well with the theme etc. it was really considerate of him to take the time to reach out to us and care about our wardrobe and how the pictures will look with certain attire. Don sent us a lot of engagement photos and they all turned out beautifully!! I was very impressed and I am excited to work with him on videography and photography for our wedding day. Don is a very dedicated photographer and videographer. I can already see that it is his passion. He is very busy and books up fast so be considerate of his responses! This is really awful. My son and I just had our Easter pictures made and I paid for them before…read moreleaving that day was given a pick up date and everything. Now I call Sears to see what to do and they can't tell me anything but no you will not be getting them at all and they can't tell me what to do. These are memories that I can't get back from that day. And who is to say if I do order them on-line that I will not get them again and they do not have the same backgrounds that I purchased that day in the store. They need to honor what they did and get everyone there pictures that they have already paid for and assure them in someway that we will be receiving these instead of us wondering. That is the only studio we have ever used in the past 3 years since my son was born. It is sad if they knew there company was that bad and still kept servicing people and taking there money and then just shutting down without a warning they could have at least gave their dedicated employees and customers some kind of notification and a date that they would be able to receive the pictures that they did pay for

My husband needed headshots for his residency application. We reached out to several photographers…read more Some were booked and some were unresponsive. Henry was quick, responsive, and able to come to us in the Central West End. We also had specific compressing needed for the end results but Henry let us know that he would also provide us the high res images. The entire experience was phenomenal. We were booked for 10AM, He tu showed up at 9:45 to set up in our apartment. He made the shoot super fun and light, helping my husband feel at ease. We will be calling on Henry again as we are expecting at the end of the year and we also love his work with families and couples. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for high quality personal branding headshots. His pictures have depth and meaning, and he truly cares about the specific details and the moments instead of just looking for "a pretty picture". We went to a location that he was familiar with and wasted no time in getting multiple different shots in a short amount of time which I loved. Many photographers spend a good amount of time trying to find a change of location/scenery during the shoot and it can definitely drag, but not Henry! He knows his spots! :) He makes you feel very comfortable and makes the shoot FUN!! I can't wait to shoot with Henry again and 100% recommend :)
