Altered four garments, two were done completely wrong. Was overcharged £10 and when I requested a refund was told to have £4 and "take it or leave it because thats how we do business here". I think the politest word I can use for my experience of this shop is unpleasant. read more

I have had many garments altered and have always been delighted with the results. They are very skilful at making clothes fit properly even if they have been altered previously. Also very reasonable and quick, I took a skirt in the other week and after spending a couple of hours shopping in Reading was able to pick it up! read more
