I bought my going out jacket and my ben Sherman two piece suit to be dry cleaned last week to this establishment. collected on Saturday 25th March and the button was broken from my going out jacket which it was not when I bough it there but the guy denied it so I thought no problem a button can be replaced .Just opened up my suit today for an important interview I have to go to and there is a big hole in my ben Sherman trousers which was never there before and they are dear trousers.
