Today my hair was cut by Hallie who I believe is new. She did an amazing job, and I'm very happy with the final product. I don't think my hair has been cut by the same barber twice. They let you request a barber if you want, but considering the professionalism they all exhibit and expertise with barbering all I have to worry about is who fits my schedule. In short every person working at V's barbershop I trust full heartedly with my hair, because I know it will turn out excellent. Despite living in Neosho, it's always worth the drive.

I chose Bliss Salon after going a decade without getting my hair professionally cut. My hair was…read moregetting to the point where it looked frizzy and fried even after trimming it, and even though it had taken me years of forgoing heat styling and harsh chemical treatments to grow it out, I had 4 to 6 inches that were pretty damaged. Even so, I felt that this was still a big risk for me. I've always been wary of stylists that love nothing more than chopping away at hair with no regard for the person's decisions. On top of that, I had a big presentation the next day, and my wedding about a week and a half afterward. I felt at ease with Nicole. She was so sweet, welcoming and funny. She was very gentle with my hair and really listened to me when I described the result I wanted. And I really love how my hair turned out! I felt very relaxed and comfortable with what she was doing. Probably the biggest plus is that I'm a reserved person, but I genuinely enjoyed talking with Nicole while she worked... I was almost a chatterbox. It's a cute little salon. I'll be going back, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an empathetic stylist.
