You then gave me the carrier name and a tracking number. You either gave me the wrong tracking number or completely sent my order to the wrong state cause now my order is out for delivery in San Francisco. I stopped by a few weeks ago looking for some new outfits for the upcoming Music City Rodeo, and let's just say I left with more than a few options. What I loved most was that they carry most of the sizes. A lot of outlet stores can be hit or miss when it comes to sizing, but that wasn't the case here. My only advice is not to go in a rush. Take your time looking through the racks because that's where the best finds are. A little patience can go a long way! Will definitely be back.

Staff was present, but did not interact, welcome or assist anyone in the store. They were behind the register talking to each other while they had a store full of folks. The one associate on the floor was folding clothes, but had his cart and ladder blocking a main aisle, and got a tad snappy when multiple people said excuse me and one guest moved the ladder as it was very clearly in the way. Additionally, the store seemed a mess with lots of shelves and racks needing attention. We browsed and scoped a few pieces, but the experience was under and overwhelming at the same time. Gap is an outlet staple, so to see this one starting off at Tanger like this is not the best of signs. Hopefully they can get it together a bit, especially before the holidays roll in.

The selection and prices were solid, we picked up a few t-shirts and a pair of shorts. The shelves and racks needed a bit of love, as the t-shirt shelves were in a bit of disarray, but again...that is on brand for ON if we are being honest! The store was well laid out, stocked well, clean and well lit. Service was okay. The cashier was friendly and efficient. Overall, solid Old Navy location. Ventured to ThriftSmart to donate a few containers of clothes and shoes, and initially had no…read moreintention of shopping, but once I looked around, I had to make a lap through this place! Situated alongside Planet Fitness in an older shopping center on Nolensville Pike, ThriftSmart is a solid spot that is doing good things for the Nashville community! I initially found TS due to their partnership with a local organization, so donating to them was very important and purposeful. The donation process is standard and easy. Pull up, grab a cart, dump your goods and go on about your day. All the donation carts were full when I arrived, which is a good problem, so I got a standard buggy and wheeled my stuff in, then dumped in the large wire bins. Once I was done, I parked and then hit the aisles. The variety of goods that they have is amazing, and the prices are excellent. The place was very busy for a Monday afternoon, and they had plenty of associates and volunteers on the floor and at the registers. Overall, big fan of ThriftSmart and the impact they make to the local community. Worthwhile to stop in out of need or curiosity for sure!

Half the store is reserved for clearance items, with most being shoes on the back wall. I found a great paid of loafers that were well over 50% off retail, so I was pumped! In addition to the shoe wall, they have several racks of discounted clothing. Some items are full price, but majority of stuff has some level of discount. The store is clean, well maintained and organized. Service was stellar, the associate was kind, helpful and just a joy to deal with. Overall, love me some Johnston & Murphy. Will happily swing by when I am at the outlets again!

I love this store!…read more This store is my favorite store in Nolensville and one of my favorites in the Nashville area. They have vintage and reworked items for the home but also an excellent selection of cloths and accessories. The dresses are very reasonable from around $30 - $70 per dress and the accessories are priced attractively too. I picked up a super cute hippy headband today for $26 and took my first timer Pangaea fan friend who was also very impressed and left with a new vest.
