Kenn Day is an excellent Shaman and teacher. A wide range of modalities compliment his Shamanic…read morepractice and it is apparent he has been doing this work for a long time. As a client I feel completely seen at a soul level. There is a deep sense of peace and validation when you are acknowledged at this level. He has helped me discover and learn more about myself, learn how to access that serene place within myself that he calls soul awareness (via meditation) and have a deeper connection with my ancestors. When I feel "stuck" or unable to figure out what is next he has helped me find a clearer path and given me resources to move forward. Although it is not a replacement for therapy, Shamanic work dives deeper and reaches more nuance than psycho emotional work and allows for change that feels complete and whole. As my teacher, Kenn has taught me how to journey in my Shamanic body, connect with spirits and in general, helped me deepen my energetic practice as a body worker. His Post Tribal Shamanism workshop series is endlessly fascinating and continues to teach me things about myself and the mysteries of life.
