I was referred to the Finkel Law Firm, specifically Dylan Glick by the SC Lawyer Referral Service…read more I was scheduled with an appointment for 10/3/24 @ 9am which was a 3 week wait. I called at 9:05 am since no one had contacted me. I was told I was Mr. Glick was tied up on another call, then I was told Mr. Glick does not have me on his schedule. I was put on hold yet again and another person came on telling me my appointment was at 2pm and she never schedules consults for early morning! I'm not really certain why I was treated this way; however, it's absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps because I was referred by the SC Lawyer Referral Service and they discount their fee for the initial consultation. I did reach back out to the SC Lawyer Referral Service to file a complaint and also to find a different attorney for my specific need!

Beware of these people! What the owner of this business chooses to do, and how timely and…read moreeffectively/competently she will do it is much more reflective of an incompetent and unreliable amateur, who is hoping that her terribly bad imitation of a reliable and competent professional will go unnoticed. After you hire the owner of this business, you will find yourself frequently doing her job for her or staying on top of her to get the job done in a timely and competent/professional fashion. The owner of this business often contradicts herself and is very selective about providing and refraining from providing legal advice. She often provides legal advice and also claims she cannot provide legal advice in the same conversation. Also after you hire her, it becomes obvious that there is some obscurity/ambiguity regarding the business's real/physical address, among other matters. There are problems with receiving mail. The owner will only meet you at a local mall when there is a need to meet in person. In dealing with the owner of this business, it is difficult to ignore that she is very cautious, ambiguous, and somewhat evasive in her dealings with you.
