He's my saviour...I'd be lost without him. It's not a revolving door situation like other places including chiropractors or physiotherapists. He says...come back & see me when you feel you need to. Great wealth of knowledge about Musculoskeletal treatment & body anatomy. Always explains everything he is going to do. The kids love him also. It does take a week or two to get in, but well worth the wait. He certainly knows his stuff. A good old fashioned & honest business practice, without the high frills costs of other places.

Maria is fantastic. She is obviously very experienced. You can have a remedial or relaxation massage or a bit of both which is what I always go for. She works on your trigger points as well and finds all the sore spots and knots and relieves them. Her technique is unlike any I've had and she has found other sore spots that no one else has gone over before. By the end of it my body feels a bit more relaxed. For me, it's the next day that I feel like a whole new person. I also appreciate her advice and explanation which I haven't had in the past. She tells you why a spot is tight, what happens when it's like that and how to stretch it. I learn from her things no one has told me before. She's not just about giving you a 60 minute massage, her advice helps you keep your body in check at other times (of course you must follow it but the ball is in your court now!!). Trust me, Maria knows her stuff!!
