Wasn't sure what the discount was, but if they do have a veterans discount it's probably better than the ~6% savings from the one he gave me. Work quality (as far as I can tell) was good, but price is extremely high considering the time and parts required. Won't be my first choice next time we have an issue.

So when this company G4 sent me the $55 quote for maintenance, I made an appointment. The technician arrived yesterday, checked the mini split, and told me everything was fine it was $99. Everything was fine? ... yes, and he started listing and showing me everything that needed in the mini split cleaning, and then he added... in winter. And if the maintenance is in winter, what am I being charged for? By the way, they were supposed to send the note to my email, but I still haven't received it. When I called the office to complain about not having received any service, a service I paid for, they ask me to call them. It turns out I work 7 days a week. If I call them, I'll miss the supermarket, or I'll stop walking my dogs, or I'll be late to work. It's the company's job to verify that they aren't sending scammers to my home, or should I say THIEVES. What do you call this? Having the nerve to charge for maintenance that wasn't performed? What's the term? Scam or theft? By the way, this is the same company that changed the AC at my workplace, and let me tell you, it works one day and doesn't the next. 5 stars is so strange 1 star and is to much !!!
