And the pricing is good too for the quality of the product you get. I've also worked years in the retail industry so I know how customer service works. 10/10 every single time. Every worker has always been super nice, chill, genuine & knowledgable. The ATM machine also only costs $1 which I actually appreciate. Most places that make their own products aren't good at all, but Apothecare makes the best weed even compared to premium companies & brands. I've been to so many different dispensaries & this spot is my all time favorite. I moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan & make sure I stock up each time I'm back in town as I don't like any of the places in GR. Thanks Apothecare!!

I made an order for pickup for the next day. When I get in they say there policy says to void any orders not picked up by the end of the day. Not a biggie but I put in the comments on the order that I was picking up next day. Somebody should have contacted me to let me know that. The big issue is the budtenders. The guy I spoke with today, I asked for Indica flower. He tells me everything is hybrid now and it could be 50/50 hybrid. I have health issues that make Sativa not good to me. I really need a straight up Indica. I told him this and asked why then do they label strains as indica. He said they don't, they just say grounded. At this point I left. I don't like being told something doesn't exist when I know it does (how else you make a hybrid than crossing a pure sativa and a pure indica). Anyway, totally turns off by this chain now. I will be taking my business who isn't 30 minutes away and telling me indica doesn't exist

This is a great place for beginner smokers or people juts dipping their toes in. Very mellow, stale, weak smoke. Nothing too pungent or stoney.

Along with some other deals/specials. Went on a Monday morning so it wasn't very busy at all. The bud tender was very friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered her name. She helped me pick some beautiful flower and really great pre-rolls. And I'm talking about BEAUTIFUL flower. My husband said it was easily in his top 10 and I'd like to think he's somewhat of a connoisseur. Honestly, I'm not as savvy as he is, but I am enjoying this flower very much. It was called Strawnana - great hybrid and we cleared the last of it. Hopefully there's more where that came from. I did not get confirmation that my order was ready until later on Sunday. So, today, Monday (one day later) I went there to pick up my order and they had dropped it from their system because evidentally I only have 36 hours to p/u an order or it gets dropped. By my calculations, since it wasn't ready till Sunday and I picked it up on Monday, I was within only 24 hours post email notification to pick up my order. NOBODY at that store was the least bit apologetic. I told them I still needed my order. A female let me in the 'sales' area. She said absolutely NOTHING. I expressed that I did not understand why this order was dropped. Again, she said nothing. After I paid she basically walked away. I asked her if she thought an apology was in order and she said "No, I'm not going to apologize." REALLY? She is a young person with a huge attitude, dressed inappropriately for the workplace, and total lack of professionalism. I will NEVER go to that location again. I suggest to EVERYBODY that you choose another business to give your money to. Don't use Lume!!!

There was NO ONE shopping but me when I was there. As soon as I was handed the gummies for purchase, I said I don't think this is the same one - mine has a red "high dose" label on it. I was told the packaging had been changed. I walked back out the lobby and thought to myself - things cannot be returned so I better check. As I pulled out the gummies you could see that the dose ratio was different from the empty one I brought in. I showed the two employees in the lobby and they said "the packaging has changed" so I showed them the numbers and then they were willing to back and get more. Upon return, I was told that these would cost more and this would be a difficult transaction. Seriously? Its a return because of your error - no one ever apologized for the confusion, I was basically treated as if I was causing a problem for them. I will not be returning and I plan to let everyone I know about this poor service.
