Cut to November last year when they still couldn't claim when it would arrive so I requested a refund which Shannon Hedges, whom I'd been speaking to all year, had offered. Then of course all contact with me ceased and all my emails ignored. So I am currently still owed £116.10. horrific company and I'm amazed anyone can work for them and still have a conscience. obviously will be going down the route of a statutory demand and then probably small claims court because I need that money back. Awful, awful, awful people.
