I had 3 out of my 5 lug nuts break, and the other two were loose and coming off. I limped my truck off the highway and had to stay the night (I was on my way to Virginia). As the next morning started, I was contemplating how I was going to get my truck to a shop and get it fixed. The next morning came and I saw a flatbed wrecker show up to the motel to tow another vehicle that was broken down. I walked up to Nick and asked if he was interested in towing my vehicle in the morning to get the repairs I needed to be fixed. I explained my situation and that I need to get back on the road asap. Nick never missed a beat and assured me that the truck will be towed and the repairs would be done by him and his shop. Nick, made a awful day a great one. Nick also called with an alternative after he dropped the truck at the shop, in an attempt to speed up the process. I also talked to Nick's (boss) Sean and he was so helpful and assured me that this will be taken care of and I should be on the road on Monday so I can complete my trip. Nick and Shawn were awesome and the service was well worth the 5+ star I gave them. Thank you both, in my time of need, you helped a total stranger.

Willie is the caller and I was pleasantly surprised by the way he talked to me and explained the procedure and how I will be kept informed of findings and cost, if any, before any needed repairs. I have always been apprehensive about having any kind of car repairs from people I don't know because of hearing that often women get taken advantage of, especially older women by repair people. Willie was very respectful and talk to me in layman terms so that I could understand. I informed him that my son may be contacting him about the car and Willie offered to contact him or be called if he had any question. I really appreciated his demeanor and reassurance that they will be able to find out what the problem with the car is and what is the repair needed to get it back on the road. I called my son and gave him the phone number as well as Willie's name as the contact person. I am very confident that my car is in good hands. Thank you Lumberton Kia and Willie in the service department for easing my mind that my car will be taken care of.
