I knew there was something else going on and could never figure it out, until I met Dr. Yee. During our first visit she told me I was allergic to gluten and dairy, and the next day when I cut them out, the bloating and pain was gone. I have been in treatment for a few months and have already been able to add dairy back into my diet with no reactions! An added bonus is that after completing the basic 15 treatments of NAET, my seasonal allergies have completely disappeared. I cannot remember a time in my life when I didn't suffer terribly every spring and fall until I started NAET. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Yee. She is professional, personable, and a true pleasure to see every week. I would recommend NAET and Dr. Yee a million times over. Thank you, Dr. Yee, for exponentially increasing my quality of life.

The service and quality of care Dr. Shore extends to my mom is beyond perfect! It's as if she's his mother, that speaks volumes! He is not one of those dr. that quickly writes a prescription. He's attentive to her needs, speaks to her and asks her health questions in a gentle caring manner. He gives her time in the visit, we don't feel rushed at all. The office is busy. To me that's a sign of a good dr., Btw, which dr. office isn't busy these days with all the baloney, restrictions and constant changes defined by the insurance companies. Yet, they are all very kind and helpful here. I especially adore a woman there, I believe her name is Basha (I'm not 100% sure and I apologize in advance for getting it wrong). We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care. We wasted our time and my girlfriend now has delay of care in tending to her active medical issues. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here.

However, the front-office administrative process is frustratingly inefficient. Despite confirming my appointments promptly via SMS, I continue to receive redundant text reminders and repeated follow-up phone calls asking for confirmation. The lack of coordination in their scheduling system takes away from an otherwise high standard of care. I sincerely hope management addresses these administrative bottlenecks soon. Except when I walked in the first thing she said was why didn't I go for blood test? I had seen them previously before they moved into this group and I did like them very much. But this office is under completely different management. I have been a medical office manager, my whole adult life and the lack of communication and the lack of experience of the front desk is noticeable. I have had three maybe four appointments in this location and each time they ask me if I'm new and each time they tell me that my Medicare card is not valid. So while I do like the doctors, I am leaving this practice due to the problems with the front desk. Very disappointed and sad to leave, but the problems seem serious enough for me to find another primary care physician..

When I made the amount, the medical assistant on the phone told me that when I arrive for the appt., park the car, stay in the car and call the office so they know you have arrived & have your phone number. The medical assistant called back after 10 minutes and told me that I could go to the office. There were 3 chairs outside Dr. Layne's office. The chairs were socially distance from one another. The assistant came out of the office & told me to sign in & then she took my temperature which was 98.6. I return to my chair. The wait was about 20 minutes and I was called to go into the examination room followed by Dr. Layne. She wrote down the required information that I gave her. I was weighed & examined by the doctor. She told me that I had irritable bowl syndrome & that I was to keep a 6 week dairy of everything that I ate. She told me the food & beverages that I could not eat or drink. Dr. Layne sent me up to the Northwell Labs for blood work. I was relieved that I finally had taken action & I was in the hands of Dr. Layne who was calm and I definitely feel that both she and I will put an end to my misery.
