I tried all the local places in fargo and even far away but no luck. even caught a failing transmission on a truck I looked at just down the street from CWA and that's what brought me to them. I thought I was out of luck but Tyler pulled through. it was 30 mins before close and this guy did everything from making us feel comfortable to even scrapping the ice off the cars windshield we were looking at. he kept it very honest and transparent and when it came to buying he did everything in his power to get us a good deal and an even better experience. I cannot express how happy I am with CWA and will continue to shout at people to go to this family owned local business. these guys aren't con artist trying to make a couple bucks off of your situation, they are humans who want to get you in a trust worthy vehicle and at a good price.

H & H ask said we would need new tires soon; nothing urgent, but in the near future. Our son got the car back and drove it back to college. The very same day he had a flat tire because the tire cracked and was shot. He drove the car back home and we made arrangements with a tire shop to get new tires. Since we were making the considerable investment in the new tires, I told the tire shop to please double check the alignment to make sure it was all still good, so we wouldn't ruin the new tires. Well, the tire shop put new tires on and checked the alignment and found that the left outer tie rod and right lower ball joint were bad. They said there is no way that an alignment was done because it is impossible to align a car with these issues, because the alignment would not stay. We paid $250 for an alignment that didn't happen. And if I hadn't been extra cautious to tell the tire shop to just double check that the alignment was still good, we not only would have wasted the $250 on an alignment that basically didn't happen, but we would also have quickly destroyed our new $600 tires. Also, a reputable mechanic shop should be able to see when tires are failing to the point of cracking. Our son could have been injured or killed had this tire failed on an interstate at a high speed. Never again will we go to H & H.
