I worked with Jennifer and her team on a major landscaping project featuring over 20 trees and 2 dozen smaller plantings. The design was thoughtfully created to incorporate the surroundings and the climate. Came out amazing; many compliments from envious neighbors!

Went back with receipt and was told this particular plant was not covered under any warranty. I questioned why I was not told that when I bought it and was told I would have been given a "green slip" when I bought it if it was warranted. As a first time customer I had no idea this was the policy nor would I have known to question it. Was prepared to make additional purchases on this visit, but feel the need to take my business elsewhere. Beware buying "premium" plants from this business as they don't stand behind what they sell.

While one tool appeared properly serviced and worked well, the other did not look like it had been fixed properly at all. After sending it back and waiting another couple of weeks for replacement parts, I tried using it again. It initially worked, but quickly failed and went downhill fast. Whether the issue is bad replacement parts or poor service quality from their repair shop, I cannot recommend coming here for repairs or replacement parts. Save yourself the hassle and take your tools somewhere else--I will not be returning.

But the plants were spectacular! Compared to another mail order vendor they arrived in larger pots with more leaves , every one of them had visible flower buds within 7-10 days, and every one was in bloom in a little over 30 days. The other vendor had fancier packaging that arrived a day faster, but the the plants and pots were smaller, and took on average much longer to grow and bloom. Taylor's has no frills but great plants! We were greeted with a smile and Donna (owner) gave an overview of the nursery. I was amazed by the abundance of different variety Hosta's that were available from miniatures to large. There were so many varieties it was hard to choose what we wanted. All the colors, textures were amazing. The plants were healthy and hardy and organized as I strolled throughout all the paths looking for the perfect specimens. I was really memorized by the blue green leafed Hosta's. Since everything was damp from the recent rain, they had a pearl essence hue. What an amazing nursery and customer service. While I was picking out my finds Charles (CEO) was loading them on the golf cart to bring to the front for purchase. My partner and I chose 8 plants and we also ended up purchasing a statuary as well. After our purchase, Chuck (GM) took our items to the car and loaded them up using cardboard and burlap to protect the seats and carpet. I offered him a gratuity, but he refused and said "that is part of our service" Thank you, for coming. The prices were reasonable compared to local nurseries in our area. Aldo G. and Gary M.
