We handled financing and paperwork in less than an hour and I was riding by the end of the week. For a one man show, he provided killer service. It is clear he is passionate about riding. Refreshing to buy from a small business without pushy salesmen and corporate strangulation. Thanks Bob! Love my bike!

Allegedly, if you don't use ethanol equalizer the fuel pump will eventually become defective. However, my bike was barely broke into. I had a brand new battery and didn't have issues with it at all. Apparently, he told me that my battery was no good and took my brand new battery and replaced it with a dirty old one for an extra charge. Lastly, he was very imposing and trying to sell me things. I only was interested in fixing my bike not spending anymore money than I already accrued. The most aggravating and disturbing thing was the fact that my bike wasn't returned to me the way I left it. When he put it back together he used the wrong screws, damaging my threads! Again, my bike was in brand new condition with all new parts and screws. And returned to me with dirty, corroded parts and pieces. Do not bring your bike here find someone else or you'll be better off getting a Honda. Husqvarna customer service is horrible. I had to keep calling him to inquire about my bike after weeks. He never followed up with me which is horrible service!

Mb Motorsports - MB Motorsports should not be trusted. That cable on the side of the bike does not even be long on a motorcycle.

Disappointing experience - problems started 28 days after purchase…read more Review: Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. I purchased my vehicle approximately four months ago, and I strongly suggest that anyone searching for a car also consider dealerships with a better consumer history. Only 28 days after the purchase, I began experiencing mechanical issues that could affect the engine. Although the company performed repairs, the same problems continued to return repeatedly within less than three months. In addition, I do not believe the vehicle was properly inspected before delivery. The car was handed over with the oil close to its limit and with very low fluid levels in several systems that should have been properly filled. The tires were also already very worn and had to be replaced within just four months. I have driven less than 2,000 miles, yet the vehicle has already presented multiple serious problems. Even when the 3-month warranty is activated, customers are still required to pay part of the repair costs, in addition to transportation expenses and time away from work. I paid about $6,000 as a down payment, and so far I have spent approximately $8,000 total, including installments and repair-related costs. When I tried to exchange the vehicle, I was told there were over 200 cars available, but I would still have to pay additional money to make the exchange. After all the loss and frustration, I was expected to pay even more just to get rid of a defective car. Another very important detail is that for vehicles with more than 60,000 miles, customers may be asked to sign documents waiving the 3-month consumer protection, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve serious defects later. My advice, especially to non-English speakers: * Never sign anything under pressure. * Take all documents home and translate every page before signing. * If any problem starts, communicate only by email to keep proper records. This experience caused me to completely lose trust in this business. No one spends this much money to end up with a car that brings stress instead of safety and peace. Please think very carefully before purchasing from this company.

I want to leave this review as a warning to anyone thinking about buying a car from this company…read more If you are planning to buy a car for more than $20,000 like I did, please consider looking at Facebook Marketplace first. You will probably find similar cars for half the price and the quality might honestly be the same. The difference is that when you buy from this company, you pay a lot more and still risk getting a broken car. In my experience, this company sells defective vehicles. The problem with my car started only 22 days after I bought it. Since then, I have reported the exact same issue five times, and the car has already been repaired four times for the same problem. After six months, the issue still continues. What is even more concerning is that during the purchase process they make you sign paperwork that includes a paragraph where you waive certain rights. I strongly recommend that anyone buying from them take the contract home and read every single line carefully before signing anything. I feel extremely disappointed and unsafe driving this car. No one should spend more than $20,000 on a vehicle and then have to deal with the same mechanical issue over and over again. If you have also had problems with this company, please share your experience in the comments. It would help other people understand how common these situations may be and help future buyers make a more informed decision. I truly hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistake I made. Called Toms River Marine & Motorsports and told them I had an emergency and their response was we can't get to it today (2 hours before closing) but you can drop it off. I have a 2022 Kawasaki KLR650 I bought from them and they couldn't accommodate me. Talk about pissed! I immediately called their competitor, Ocean County Powersports, and got Rich in service on the line. He didn't even hesitate to tell me that I could bring the bike in and not to worry they could fix it and get me on my way. These guys are awesome! They didn't kill me with the price either and even put a beadlock in while they were at it. Maybe when I purchase my next bike it will be the Africa Twin as I can't think of a better place to buy it at and I know I will have a top notch service department behind me. Thanks again Rich you saved the day!
