I would NOT recommend this funeral home because of their insincerity and refusal to take responsibility for their mistake. The idea of my father's coffin having the wrong name on it makes me crazy on a daily basis. My father has gone to meet his Maker in a coffin with a mistake that will stay there virtually forever. I ended up making the third call on my mother's phone to see if I could get through to the office while my phone call was on hold. My mother has called this cemetery before and told me that the receptionist is a little rude, but she thought that maybe it was because English is not her first language. I honestly wonder how long I would have been on hold for if that third call from my mother's phone didn't go through.
