In the end and thousands later i now feel that my opinion was correct. A staff member from the school threw a door stopper at my son. The principal of the school covered it up by stating that the staff member through it in the direction of my son. My attorney did not even respond. I hired him because my son in his teachers words, had the worse case of A.D.D. she has ever seen in twenty years of teaching. I would think that if it was that bad that their should be some alternative resource to teaching him. In my opinion Mr. Byrd took money from me with no intention of helping. If you are looking to protect your child i do not recommend Luis Byrd period. In my opinion he should not be allowed to practice when children are involved. In my opinion he only cares about the money not the child.
