UPDATE/CORRECTION: I want to correct one portion of my original review for accuracy. My concern was not that funds continued to be deducted from my trust account after October 2025. My concern is that I did not receive updates regarding work that was reportedly being conducted on my case from January through June 2026, and I did not receive an itemization of that work until September 23, after I raised concerns about the handling of my case.
Since posting my review, Nicole Dalton has sent me correspondence demanding that I correct or remove portions of my reviews and stating that she will evaluate available legal remedies if she believes false factual statements remain published. I am making this correction because I want my review to accurately reflect my experience and the documentation I have.
What has not changed is my opinion of the service I received or my concerns regarding communication, organization, court preparation, delays, and the overall handling of my case.
I also find it extremely concerning that there has been time for multiple communications regarding my negative review, yet I am still waiting for my complete client file after terminating the attorney-client relationship and repeatedly requesting it. I specifically requested that my electronic file be provided via Dropbox. I am also still awaiting the return of my daughter's original birth certificate.
My original review reflects my personal experience with this firm. I am correcting the specific billing language for accuracy, but my overall opinion of the representation and service I received remains unchanged. read more
