Not only did you waste my time filling out your forms, my time coming there, but most importantly my time to be seen by a podiatrist. I have been in pain for some time now. I might have an infection. I waited 6 weeks for an approval for an MRI and upon calling the insurance found it takes 2 days, not weeks. The request was not made, then was made and cancelled, and there was no apology, no phone call, no we'll look into this. The staff who replied in patient portal made it sound like I was the one who made the error. And yes, I did file a complaint. I got a call back with an authorization number for the study but no comment towards the concern. Rothman can do better.

Honick is awful. Started going November 2020, every time I went he says take it easy and come back…read morein 3 weeks, multiple cortisone shots and steroid packs, 6 months of pt plus unlimited pain pills because he just keep refilling them lol. Finally in July I got a second opinion at rothman, walked right in a and Brian winters says you need an ultrasound (which I've brought up to honick) got the ultra sound and 2 pinched nerves. I haven't been able to walk since November of 2020 and it is now September 15th and I am post surgery happy as could be. This guy is a hoax and is out for your money. If I would have went to rothman originally I'd be 100% 6 months ago now. This guy should be shut down he has no right to be a doctor. If you think he's good go else where get a second option and then rethink what you think about him. I CANT WALK AND HE SAYS TAKE IT EASY AND COME BACK! I am 27 active duty military and healthy as could be, but ya let me take it easy for almost a year, that'll fix it‍ ignorant doctor
