After writing a long intake before my appointment explaining my history of physical abuse he did not read it. During my initial appointment I said something about being tired and hoping I didn't fall asleep. He then pretended to punch me. It was weird and unprofessional. He then made jokes at the expense of his wonderful assistant Judy. She is in her 70's and he was saying things about her being a stripper, etc. I loved Judy but Jeff just did not sit well with me. I've found another neurofeedback practitioner and have asked for my money back from Jeff. He will not do so. It's so hard to go to a new therapist in the first place. My experience was not great.
