They went above and beyond in getting the window fitted very quickly for me, as I was struggling to heat my home during winter 2021 due to the large hole created for the window. To do so they fitted me in on a Saturday. A few weeks later my two doors were fitted, again on a Saturday, way ahead of what I was expecting! Three guys in total fitted the window & the 2 doors. They were all very friendly, answered questions & nothing was too much, no mess left was behind either. I was told that if I encounter any issues whatsoever, to call them and they would visit. A few weeks later they arrived to fit the pane. The pane was of good quality and blended well with the existing framework etc. They kept us up to date with what was going on so communication was excellent. We were also surprised at how cheap the pane was. In fact it was below our insurance excess so we didn't even have to claim. It is a shame we had arranged to have some of our windows replaced prior to dealing with Suffolk Doors and Windows as I would happily use the again.
