my name is Ron Cowper, about 3 months ago i hired Heath-vale construction to do a refurbishment on my property, well what can i say, well mannered, punctual and a very good craftsman. he was always on time and explained everything he was going to do simply instead of using that builder talk they use which no one understands, any way his quote was very reasonable, he was tidy, well mannered and was a good character. i would defiantly hire him again, read more
