They promptly gave me an appointment and Dr. Hamilton diagnosed and started treating my absess and determined what other pressing issues were on the horizon. She helped me prioritize everything and PAINLESSLY got me back on the path to great dental health. The nicest thing about Dr. H is that she doesn't push unnecessary procedures on you. I have a friend whose dentist has convinced her that all of her old fillings needed replacement. The other thing that I love about Dr. Hamilton and her staff is that they are very gentle with you and do whatever is needed to make sure you're not in any discomfort. They also really care. I wasn't in pain so I started to check out local dentist offices. I found Dr. Gray and liked what I saw on his web page and the reviews. I filled out an email from his home page and sent it in - this was on a Friday when the office was closed. I received a phone call a short time later from Dr. Gray - that in itself was surprising ... who does that anymore? He was very personable and caring on the phone. I discussed what I did and that it wasn't painful. He stated that if I was in pain he could meet me at the office (even though it was closed) more points for Dr. Gray. On Monday I visited the office and it is very clean, and everyone I met was professional and friendly. A nice comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Gray was great and replaced the missing filling I yanked out with floss - boy is my face red - he has a nice relaxed attitude and explained what he was doing. We discussed some other issues and I was on my way. The office is easy to find with parking in the rear of the building. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

Dont trust their process because your teeth will look terrible. Oh yeah, and they said I could come back in to get it fixed, uh no thanks. Why would I do that, cant get it right the first time. Then refused to refund my money and cancel the appointment I did have, mind you only to show them the damage, not to have them touch anything. I started seeing Dr. Nation at another office where I had him put in implants. I started having…read moreinfections in a couple of the implants after a couple of years and I had been going regularly for check ups, but the office said he was no longer there. They did not offer to see me so I was left with these reoccurring infections and didn't know where to go for help. So I would ask my general Practitioner to write me prescriptions for antibiotics any time I had a flare up. After two years I finally found his new practice and made an appointment to see him. He never offered any explanation as to why 2 of the implants were having problems but did a treatment plan at the cost of $43,000. I declined because I felt like he had dropped the ball during his absence and was very Leary of him doing anymore work on me.
