Great photographer who knows what he's doing. His relocation to Dallas delayed our photos by a month. But since they were our 50th anniversary photos, what's a month? Steve is great! I have worked with him professionally several times as an event planner at an annual event we host in Maui. We typically have him come in and take sunset portraits of our attendees, and he nails it every time! Gorgeous photos that our attendees have always cherished as memorable keepsakes. We just came back from Maui, where Steve helped us commemorate the extended family trip in celebration of my father in law's 80th birthday. We are not an easy group to capture with 13 people, including twin 2 year olds. Steve was just fantastic. He exceeded our expectations, capturing the whole group plus lots of groupings of the four individual families, grandparents with grandkids, etc. Not his usual location, fussy toddlers, plenty of other people on the beach, sprinkle of rain. None of it was a problem. Before we even left the island we had a dropbox with 300+ shots, many of which we love. Photo discs are expected to arrive soon. We highly recommend Steve. read more

We got to know about Steve through our hotel concierge and we are very happy that we chose Steve for our family shoot in Maui. He managed to fit us in his schedule on very short notice, which worked out really well for us. Personally, Steve is wonderful, incredibly professional, humble and super kind. We had family pictures taken by Steve two years ago in Maui. They were so beautiful and captured exactly what we wanted for family pictures. We recently went back to Maui for vacation in July and had him take family photos of us again. He was really great with my young daughter who is very shy and helped her feel comfortable so she could smile and pose. The second experience with Steve as our photographer was just as great as the first time! I always get nervous with the winds in Wailea and Steve knew where to go to get the right pictures while the winds died down. By the time we took our photos on the beach, everything was fine. He kept all of us at ease while we were posing for photos and is such a personable person to work with. I would use him again the next time I need photos in Maui! Steve has taken our family photos twice now, once in 2010 and again this past fall (2012). He was at the photo shoot location early waiting for us when we got there, with great photo ideas and lots of good shots. He is good with our young kids. Pictures turned out great, and yes, he does air brush and photo shop as requested. The turnaround time to get the proofs on cd was very quick, and once I chose the pictures, they were ready in just a few days. We will definitely be using him again for our next photo shoot. read more
