After coming back on the line, this woman who didn't give a name--only sass and attitude--asked more questions, and I let her know I need to schedule a monthly visit because I missed my scheduled appointment. She then proceeded to talk amongst herself about me! Then she stated I am giving her different information and said, "Well, WHATEVER!" I immediately let her know that was rude, and instead of apologizing, this woman tried to berate me and continued to raise her voice, overtalking me, so I ended the call! I am currently researching a new doctor. It's unfortunate that I loved Dr. Denk and his work! I will not come to any appointments here anymore.
