I am rating this company one star because, after submitting a check for payment in April, it was not cashed, now its December. Mrs. Amy contacted me in December, initially suggesting the check had not cleared, implying like it was my fault they DIDN'T cash the check, 8 MONTHS LATER. Two hours later, she stated the payment had been processed. I immediately contacted my bank the following day due to this discrepancy. My bank confirmed an unauthorized ACH withdrawal was done DECEMBER 10TH 2024, they investigated the matter, and refunded my money. I am extremely disappointed by this company's actions and their lack of timely communication. Amy's persistent contact over a week felt like harassment. My attempts to speak with her supervisor as I requested was unsuccessful. This company demonstrates poor communication and problem-solving skills, consistently placing blame on the customer instead of taking responsibility for there faults. Hopefully the owner of this company will attempt to resolve issues that customers have, since the COO which I was told that's Amy's supervisor, WILL NOT RETURN CALLS.
