So after getting outbid I decide it wouldn't bid on anything else from this company cause of you need answers you will not get a response. If you have better luck with customer service then congrats but don't be surprised if you reach out and dont get a response! Not very professional or give two cares about customer service!

We had evacuated from Hurricane Irma and we staying in Biloxi, desperately looking for a good auction house in the area when we came across Regal Auctions. It's smack in the middle of nowhere; use you GPS! No signs stating 'Auction This Way', but it's absolutely worth the effort! If only we had brought a truck or even an SUV, we could have easily filled it: gorgeous bedroom suites, furniture, desks, tons of glassware, a Namadji Native American pottery vase, Margaritaville wooden signs (of which I bought all!), clothing, tons of vintage and antique tools, dog kennels, lamps, artwork, boxes of new and vintage toys. Each week brings a fresh load of articles, depending upon what the consignors have to offer. The house starts with their items, then the format moves on to a 'round robin' of consignor items. As we were leaving, a stunning wood and wrought iron queen sized bed headboard, frame and footboard were being brought in for next week. The best thing about Regal? The woman who owns the auction house and the consignors! Friendliest, kindest, most lovely group of people I've ever met at an auction, truly. I cannot say enough good things about Regal Auctions and the people associated with them. As I have 3 stores, I am always in need of inventory, and was so thrilled to have found this place! They take cash and credit cards, and also have food service. The auction moves quickly, with a preview at 5:30 and the auction itself at 7:30 P.M. You have got to make that visit to Regal Auctions: so much fun, and so much in the way of true bargains to be had, with truly wonderful people there! Auctions are held every Saturday night!

She tries and stays on them about being fast which sometimes can come off as rude but she's just trying to get people out of the auction on time. People don't want to be sitting around waiting for the next item and she knows that. Her family has been in the auction business for a long time. She has such unique items and furniture. The winning bids on the furniture were so low that I was shocked! Beautiful, solid-wood antique pieces going for $100 or LESS!! If you're looking for some great furniture or unique items! Come here! The auction started at 6:30pm and ended at 11pm, although a lot of people didn't stay the whole time. I did and I am glad that I did. Her staff was very helpful at the end in the process of paying & getting my items. I got some antique gas cans, art print, & some other items. I plan on trying to go every month now. They had food and drinks at the auction too. Only one bathroom so try & hold it or be prepared to wait.
