I love seeing a DPT because she helps me learn how to continue to care for my body with movement after I leave her. And to be honest, I've never felt better. I heal faster when I put in the work she gives me. Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a quick fix, this is not the place for you. They are giving you the tools to continue to put in the same hard work they give you during your appointment (as it should be). I never have a problem finding an appointment (I use the MINDBODY app) or street parking right in front of their office!

I visited Dr. Erik after hearing about the lab after taking a few of his Restore + Recover classes at a nearby fitness studio. After several unexpected surgeries over the past few years, I'm truly a klutz and was looking for some guidance and refinement as I'm back into a regular fitness routine. You book your first appointment through Mindbody, I was able to find a Saturday morning appointment due to my work schedule. When I came for my visit Dr. Erik was very friendly, I completed new patient forms, health history and medicines. Then Erik took the time to listen to me for my concerns. He had me walk, squat, lunge to observe my function and then provided guidance on making some corrections, as several of the surgeries were in abdominal area resulting in that area being weak, so first priority is strengthening the area through breathing exercises, simple back and abdominal work - little moves, but you sure felt it. Then you moved to the studio area where he observed more moves and gave you corrective movements. Also my left knee has popped since I played soccer since I was a kid, he gave me a simple solution to help stop the popping since then just one subtle move has made quite a difference. After the visit he sent me links to videos to help me continue with my form & function. I was also able to schedule a future visit right there with Dr. Erik. Wow a few weeks after my visit, I can see the difference and looking forward to working with him to continue to improve my overall health and fitness.
