The transfer was good, spacing looked nice, etc. But when I was laying on the table, something was off. I could feel the artist repeatedly going over a section they had already done. (I could feel the letters as they spelled it out and I knew they should have been finished.) All the words were complete. But the gun was still going. When I asked the artist what was going on, he cleared his throat and hesitated before saying "uhh, umm, yeah. It's done." When I looked in the mirror, I noticed that the word "PAIN" seemed bold compared to the rest of the wording. I thought maybe it was the initial swelling of the tattoo. But even after it healed, the lines word "PAIN" were thicker than the rest of the tattoo. It's been years, and I'm thankful it never blew out. But I'm still disappointed by it and I'm glad I can't see it on a daily basis because it's hidden under my bra. Most days I try to forget it's there because it's truly disappointing.

This wasn't my first tattoo by him but it is the largest piece I have; once I found a good artist, there wasn't a doubt in my mind that I wanted him to work on my cover-up. The Bad: Tattoos hurt, obviously! Edwin was able to suggest getting numbing cream to apply before the session to help with the pain. He also has the option of tattooing for an hour and spraying a numbing spray. Just be careful that you aren't allergic to it before asking for the spray. The Ugly: People might think that his prices are high but I think that they are perfectly reasonable. The initial payment with booking his time is put towards the payment of the tattoo and the additional hours after are totally worth every dollar you spend. His work is amazing! This actually proved to be quite the difficult task. We were turned away from several locations, one of which gave us a lot of lip/attitude while doing so (how extremely rude!). We called EVERY other tattoo place in Bloomsburg and the ONLY one willing to even TRY to accept us (we all wanted small simple tattoos that wouldn't take more than 10-20min each) was Stormi Steel Tattoos. They were polite, professional, very friendly and helpful. Even though they had a very busy day and schedule, they saw every one of us and gave us exactly what we wanted at a VERY reasonable price. Many of them have stated that they will not let anyone else touch them, only Bill. I have one large tattoo from Aaron at Hallows Eve, and I always get complimented on it wherever I go.
