The third vehicle inspected had tinted front door windows that don't meet North Carolina standards. They gave me the option of taking the vehicle back and removing the tint and then bringing back, or failing the inspection, which would have costed me $30. I took the vehicle back and removed the tinting film and called Lakepoint back up and they got it in immediately for the inspection. I really appreciated their honesty and the chance the correct the problem before they moved forward. In the future, I'll be bringing my vehicles to Lakepoint Auto for service work

Looked for towing services near me, Southern Pride was the closest. Gave them a call and was greeted politely. They quoted me $60! Thought that was reasonable, but wanted to get other quotes to see. Called two other places that were close to where I live. One quoted $140+ and another quoted $150+. Obviously I called Southern Pride back and asked them to meet me at my house at 9:30AM that morning. It was about 8:45AM when I called them back to schedule. I had a quick errand to run before having the vehicle towed. Phillip with Southern Towing was at my house around 9:15AM. Phillip took great care in loading my wife's car onto his rollback. Frank took my deposit in April and ordered me one. It was set to be made late May and delivered mid June. The plant these are made at is across the border from Niagara in Canada, so transit to NC shouldn't take long. However there is a backup due to lack of truck drivers so my vehicle arrived about a month+ later than expected. Frank and I kept in contact weekly as I needed the vehicle asap. He nor the dealership had control over delivery and really couldn't give good information on transit. Then I received the call it was on the lot and I could pick up the next day! I arrived at my scheduled time of 3. There were adequate staff that helped me through the paperwork which took about 45 mins, I was very happy with that! The detailers were cleaning the car as we knocked out the paperwork. I did have to wait an additional hour for this process that could have been done prior to my arrival. Once complete a different employee offered to walk me through all the bells and whistles. This was great as previous purchases at other dealerships have not offered this. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase experience at Flow Honda Statesville! I absolutely love the car too!!!

My Wife and I kept our camper at TJ's for almost two years. One of the reasons we chose this…read morefacility was because of the "perceived" security. TJ's website says you don't have to worry about people messing around with your camper, but should anything happen, TJ's master insurance policy "will make sure everything is taken care of". The website also states that they include a tire boot for all units stored outdoors. Our camper was stolen from TJ's almost two months ago in the middle of the night. The thrives breached the padlock gate, hooked up to our travel trailer, and drove away in less than 5 minutes. You might ask why the tire boot didn't stop them. Because their was no boot on the camper and their never had been the entire time we stored it there, to my knowledge. So much for security. We found out about the theft late the next day, after the police called us. Thomas, the owner, didn't give us that courtesy. When we asked what he thought had happened. He stated that although he didn't know for sure, it looked like the thieves could have used a key on the padlocked gate, which would indicate an inside job. Over the next two months, we called Thomas every few weeks to get an update on the insurance investigation, as he never proactively reached out to us. He initially told us that he had well over $100K worth of insurance and everything would be taken care of. After that, he never had any information for us except "They're working on it." He actually had the audacity to be rude a couple of times my Wife called him, almost as if he couldn't be bothered with speaking to customers of his who had their property stolen while it was in his care. Yesterday, we finally spoke to his insurance company and were notified that they would not be covering the loss. I still haven't gotten a good reason why. I immediately called Thomas to see if he planned to honor his word. He stated that he never told me everything would be taken care of. Basically, he has washed his hands of the whole ordeal and is accepting no responsibility. To make matters worse, he didn't even give us the courtesy of telling us directly, instead he called my Wife and gave her the phone number to his insurance company and said "She should call them." I won't make a recommendation as to whether or not you should do business with TJ's, but you should know that the security and insurance policy that they tout aren't as advertised and in our case, if you have a problem you'll be left to handle it on your own. We are very disappointed with how we were treated and by the ethics Thomas demonstrated.
