    This is a review for this store and for AT&T as a company. The store in Sedalia is a fine store…read more Workers are courteous, not terribly fast, but helpful. Sometimes, the workers think they know more than they really do which leads to mistakes in my bill or they provide answers that aren't accurate. The problem is they are at the whim of a large faceless conglomerate with unscrupulous business practices. The company AT&T have misled me, over billed me, and outright lied to me numerous times. They provide billing that is purposely vague so it's impossible to dispute and a call system that will not resolve any of your issues. They will agree with you on the phone but that doesn't make it reality. You'll still get billed. It's an effective business model though dishonest. Over bill people only half will call your convoluted phone system to have it removed, AT&T keeps the rest of the over charge. I once ordered a router on Sunday through them then cancelled my order within a half hour knowing it was a mistake. They sent it anyway after they told me they cancelled the order. Once I had the router, it was like a hot potato. I couldn't get rid of it. I didn't want to mail it. I didn't trust them. I dropped it off at the store. Guess what? I still got billed. Another three hour phone call. It took all summer to resolve this. No exaggerations. If you can use Verizon, do it.

    The people here are very very pushy. I just came in to look around. I tried to avoid eye contact so…read morethey would get the hint I didn't want or need any assistance. Hospitality is great, but it almost feels like a social war when you walk into this retailer.
