I just waited over 20 minutes past their opening time with five other cars only to just give up and leave because they still weren't open 20 minutes after they were scheduled to be open at 8 AM not a great way to retain customers. There are plenty of other options for car washes in the Gainesville area I suggest try one of those

Asked for a discount on monthly membership and was told to calm down and not get so worked up... I sent an to email corporate office in March...not reply...so they do not care. Needless to say, we cancelled our two memberships today.
