Sara Farnham is on your side…read more We have worked with Sara on several deals as buyers and I can say from first hand experience that she will put the client first 100% of the time. We have had deals go well and she helped move things right along. We have also had deals where unexpected things came up from the selling parties. Sara always took our side and did what was best for our business even if that meant delaying a sale and comission check for her. Her dedication to client outcomes is why we will be working with her long into the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

An outrageously great experience with these guys... look no where else for brokers…read more.. First; many agents I had met initially, told me that my property would not sell at market price because of the dated condition, but these guys promised that they could get me way more as they would hunt for investors.... they over-delivered and got me way more than anticipated... and get this, they sold my property in 2 days... 2 days!! Second; each time I called or texted them, there was an instant response. They kept me in the loop every step of the way with emails and automated text messages when there were showings... and even offered me insight to comments made by anyone interested in the property. The communication was and is unapparelled. These are "young" and hungry agents dedicated to getting the job done. Lastly, and I could go on and on, they offered a very "fresh" and "unantiquated" service and personality that I very much enjoyed (I live in NYC selling a home in TN), so they knew exactly how to handle my Brooklyn, NY attitude... Each call ended with "...thanks brother!" or started with "Hey pal, what's up..." The best selling experience I have had to date... and to Young Marketing- "thank you for making the experience so effortless.... yoos guys are da best, faggedaboutit!"

We are so grateful for all of his help and so happy with our decision to buy. Thanks, Scott!!

From the beginning, she made what could have been a very stressful long-distance home-buying experience feel manageable. I always felt like she genuinely had my best interests in mind. Suzy really listened to what I wanted. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offered recommendations that made sense for me, and never made me feel pressured. Most importantly, she was a strong advocate for me throughout the entire process. Once I found the home I wanted, Suzy truly became my eyes, ears, and voice in Chattanooga. Since I was purchasing new construction from another state, I couldn't always be there in person, and she consistently went above and beyond to fill that gap. She stayed on top of the progress, kept me informed, attended the final inspection when I couldn't be there, and spoke up for me when something wasn't right or didn't meet my expectations. I honestly can't imagine going through this process without her. Having someone I trusted in my corner, especially while buying from out of state, made all the difference. I absolutely love my new home and am so grateful to Suzy for helping me get here. I would work with her again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in TN.
