Well, I don't know where to begin! My daughters godmother purchased a Groupon for this woman's…read morephotography, I went to the shoot, spent an hour listening to her talk about how customers on Facebook and over the phone are 'annoying' and never stop asking her how long photo uploads and prints will be. After the shoot I waited patiently for over four weeks for my previews to be put online, too worried about being insulted to other customers to message her again, as the one time I did message her I was told to wait a couple of days, two weeks later the pictures were finally up. Tried to book in for the second of three photoshoots that had been purchased, I was ignored. Tried to book in again, I was ignored. My friend who purchased the Groupon wrote a review via comment on Facebook, this was perfectly amicable and only stated the truth of how she was disappointed in the services we had both received. This was taken the wrong way and my friend was replied to in a less than polite way, I was then messaged being accused of 'setting my friend on her'. After reading through pages full of excuses as to why she was too busy and had taken too many Groupon bookings (maybe think about capping sales and properly working out how many shoots you can do a week, as well as allocating time in your working hours to edit photos instead of, as you say, staying up until the early hours doing it) I was told a print of my chosen photo would be sent through the post, which, weeks later, I have not received. I have just gone on to our Facebook message feed to find that Lauren has blocked me, making it impossible for me to ask where my print is, leaving me with no other option than to believe I am not receiving it. All in all, I have only given this person one star as I can not give her none. I warn you all, especially new mothers who are excited to have your baby photographed 'professionally' to avoid this person at all costs. I have been let down, I have wasted the opportunity to have a beautiful shot of my newborn baby (who is now 6 months old) and I can't even complain to her directly as she has blocked me on Facebook, like a child. I wish I'd have gone somewhere else, as now I would have a lovely photo of my first little girl and not a message feed of anger and pathetic excuses. If you can't manage your business like an adult, you shouldn't have one. Avoid at all costs. Thanks for reading.

I used Lauren for a Christmas 'cake smash' in November 2012 and it went really well. Originally I…read morebooked for a calender shoot, but it got cancelled and I was offered this as a choice so I went for it. I had paid a deposit beforehand, and I 'presumed' I paid once the images were edited and when I picked prints. Unfortunately, due to circumstances with my house and Christmas coming up we agreed to downscale the package. Lauren wasent too happy at the time, but I understood why. When they went up on the internet, one of my family members commented on the colour of the picture and said 'I have taken better photo's'. Im unsure what was exchanged as I wasent there, but according to the family member she became abusive and she put her on block. I was supposed to get a print, but never received one. I stayed quiet as I didnt want to make a fuss, especially with her not being happy with me down scaling a package. I was also friends with her mum, so I didnt want more tension. In April she set up a baby competition. For a small fee you got a mini shoot, a free print and a entry into a draw. It sounded like a good idea, so I said I wanted to book. She agreed, and I PayPal'ed the money straightway. Fast forward to the day of the shoot, I fell Ill due to my bone condition. I had to cancel at the last minuite, as it did come on very quickly and it wasent safe to drive. My husband didnt want to take my son as he wasent too happy with the previous conflict (it was to his sister) and didnt want me to book in the forst place. However I do give the benefit of the doubt to people so I thought when I told her and told her to keep my money, she would be OK with it and leave it at that. That isnt what happened. Her message back was very sarcastic, and made out I was lying and was never going to go. I replied saying that wasent the case whatsoever and that it was out of my control. She then said she bought her sick son in, especially for my shoot and that I had made him wait for me for no reason. I wasent sure what to make to that, she runs a shop and it had been open 3 hours previously so I knew it was to make me feel bad. I sent a message, explaining my condition and wishing her luck in the new shop. I also wished her son to feel better soon. Later on in the day, She ranted about me on her buisness page calling me a liar and that I made a sick child wait for nothing. I was shocked, I wasent lying. She knew about my condition and that i had been Ill as she was a friend on facebook, So I wasent too please. I had a rant about being called a liar, then I start getting PMs from her. This time, she was accusing me of owing her money and that she was going to sue me. When i queried this, she said she charges for the 'original' package not amended one. Although the original package was the £25 calender shoot, not the £125 cake smash. She threatend to get a solicitor involved and started sending me loads of terms and conditions. I knew it was going no where as she started to become insultive. So I finished it by saying if she genuinely thought i owed money then go get legal advice but I will contest it. She became very patronising and then abusive. I was trying to block her at the time but because I was on my phone and she was PMing me abuse constantly it took me a while to do so. This abusive including calling me a c**t, fat and lazy due to my condition and threatening me by saying ''see you about.''. Even after this, she still put sarcastic status on her business pages which keep getting deleted. Her pictures and editing are really good, but there is no professionalism towards customers and no customer service. I have had to sought legal advice regarding the suing situation whcih is something a customer should never have to do.
