Any time Dr. Wenzinger has done some work on my teeth I have always received a call that evening to see how I am doing. Her explanations of recommended treatment plans are complete and clear and she is always willing to answer any questions. Her office staff is great as well. Cost of treatment is always explained up front and they do present options for your consideration. Yes, Dr. Wenzinger is the only dentist I will see...she is the best.

A representative of Delta Dental emailed to the email address on your business card a schedule of my benefits showing I had no copay together with instructions on how to access that information on line. That same day another representative of Delta Dental gave me a phone number to pass along to the office assistant so she could call and verify I had no co-pay. When I tried to bring both the phone number and e-mail to her attention to resolve the issue that day, the office assistant rudely informed me that she did not need me to tell her how to do her job, and refused to cancel or refund the copay she had charged. I received an EOB from Delta Dental verifying I have no copay so it would seem your office has too; however I mailed a copy to the address on your business card.

Unfortunately I had not one but two negative experiences with the hygienist on staff there…read more The first cleaning and exam I had here were great. The second time I came and I saw a different hygienist who hurried me through the cleaning without asking me any preferences and was generally not friendly. When I scheduled for my third visit I asked to be placed with my original hygienist. Was told no problem. When I showed up, I was placed back with the second hygienist (the rude one) as the first person I saw was no longer on staff. I was also told that I was due for an exam that day. I didn't have time for an exam that day, and they almost didn't see me for the cleaning even though I was already in the office. It took me arguing with the hygienist for five minutes just to get service I was scheduled for. There are no shortages of friendly dental offices in the area. I would find another.

Phuong Nguyen is a talented hygienist who puts me at ease in the dental chair. Dental work is something I have started to dislike more and more over the years, but Dr. Hartman made the experience of getting a crown as pleasant as it could be. I hate to admit it, but it had been a long time since one of those paper bibs got tucked under my chin. A loooong time. I was absolutely dreading my visit. #1) I was afraid of the possibility of needing massive amounts of expensive dental work. #2) I didn't want to be subjected to scolding and/or ridicule for my failure to get regular check-ups and cleanings. Gratefully, I didn't experience either of those things. The people staffing this office are very nice and friendly. The hygienist put me at ease immediately and did a great job on my teeth. Of course, it took a long time to blast 'em clean, but I heard no complaints. No decay! Yay! Dr. Miller was also very friendly and straight forward about what additional work needs to be done on my choppers. I highly recommend this office.

I'm glad I get to support a local, positive work environment. Everyone works well together. The hygienists are gentle and friendly, and making appts/managing my account has always been easy. I have some phobia about dental work ... to put it mildly. Cleanings and minor fillings don't set it off completely, but major work does.
