SECOND OF ALL: You all make how much each day off of your visitors and you can't put up a single sign? You have rinkie dink maps that don't provide accurate directions to each location. THIRD OF ALL: Once you get to the location for an event (such as the North Rim Zip line) you have to get in line just to be told you have to walk to another location across a suspension bridge to get your gear. WITHOUT A SIGN mind you. A random 12 year old informed me. FOURTH OF ALL: You have one worker trying to get visitors geared up for the event and that same worker to undo their gear while others are waiting. LASTLY: A number of the attractions are closed as of me writing this. 60% of the rock wall and rock wall over the pool are closed down. We stopped by & it's such a good difference of course nicer weather is more to do, the kayaking , picnic areas, food or just walking around is nicer. We stopped at one of the bar areas for drinks, good on a nice day. Prosecco w sorbet pops good treat , cider & beer not bad. Good for all ages, doggie friendly so cute seeing all the pups. I guess it really depends on what u like to do winter versus summer/spring u can find something for everyone to try, cool place with a good variety of activities.
