The staff don't look as if they've seen a bar of soap or a brush for I don't know how long. This used to be a thriving business when Mr. Wilson Snr ran it. It had friendly, experienced staff in his day, and really tasty pies, baps, and cakes. Now, since his son took over, you couldn't pay me to eat anything made in the premises.

Arrive early enough and there is a decent selection. Arrive after the lunctime rush and the options will be more limited. The soups always include a lentil and two other options. You get asked for choice of bread or roll & they choice of salad. They do the usual panning hot or cold filled rolls & coffee. I love the cheese savoury will the works salad in a crispy roll. I also really enjoy the coffee with a choice of syrup. The prices are really reasonable too. Top marks :)
