It was my experience with the other person's insurance that made me leave geico. They were so nice and timely. The adjuster came to my house on my schedule and I was paid quickly no questions asked. Another time I had to use geico towing and the type companies they hooked me up with were so disrespectful. This isn't what I wanted as a 15 year customer. I don't want to pay my deductible if it's not my fault. I want them to advocate for me.

Therefore, in August 2024, I obtained insurance quotes from several other companies, including Madia Insurance Agency. I definitely felt happiest with Madia's communication, coverage, and premiums, so I purchased insurance policies through them. I had found Madia Insurance Agency through Google, and I filled out a form on their website in the late afternoon. The very next morning, the agent Nick Madia talked with me on the telephone for over an hour to discuss the coverages and premiums for auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies through Erie Insurance. I thought that his advice was very informative and not pushy. Later that day, I showed the three quotes to my husband.
