Diane came to me by way of referral. During my journey to find the Agent to sell our family home, it was important for me to make sure I selected someone that shared my similar values. As I talked with several potential listing agents, including Diane, it was clearly evident that Diane was the choice for me. From day one Diane was always prepared. She was intuitive and is extremely intelligent. There were some unique challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic to which Diane responded with multiple suggestions and clear explanations of consequences for each suggestion. Diane was a phenomenal communicator and knew when to push on the accelerator and then pull back. One of things I did take into consideration when selecting Diane was her background. Prior to selling Real Estate she was a pharmacist. This profession requires paying attention to details. Based on her background and real estate experience in the Palos Verdes area, I felt very comfortable with Diane's opinions. Lastly, I told Diane it was important that I pick an Agent I trust and has integrity. Since the sale of the house involves the Living Trust, I'm accountable to my siblings. I couldn't have asked for more accountability and trustworthiness from Diane. It was a pleasure working with Diane and the resources she brought to the table. It took the entire ReMax team in these challenging times to get our family home of 53 years sold. Diane will no doubt continue to be successful. Andy V.

Gerry went above and beyond with patience and reassurance. Got us into a home we love…read more We met Gerry just about 2 years ago when she was the agent renting us our apt. We told her then we were interested in buying a place within the following year in a specific area. I had a 2 month old and a 3 year old at the time and we'd all meet Gerry at house after house. She didn't mind at all that my rugrats were running all over the place! Raising 3 children herself gave her the patience and understanding that I needed. My son mentioned the other day as we drove around town, "is Gerry taking us to any houses to see?" He got used to meeting up with her and touring houses. She gave me the best home buying advice, see as many houses as possible. When we were finally ready to make the move a year and a half later, we saw the house that would end up being ours. Because I had the time to see so many houses (not everyone does) when I saw it I knew. I knew what I could and couldn't live without. I also knew what a good deal the house was because of the range of prices all over the South Bay. The buying process went quickly and smoothly. We knew all of the steps ahead of time. I was surprised how quickly it went once we had all of our ducks (docs) in a row! I'd recommend Gerry in a heartbeat. She's warm, knowledgable of the area and agents, super responsive, and patient with the client so that they don't feel pushed or rushed into making this huge investment in the their lives. Love you, Gerry!!!

Given amount of real estate agents that are in South Bay, Gerry stands out as one of the more trustful agents in the area.

He is a great communicator in person as well as by texts and emails. Roger set up a beautiful virtual tour and worked tirelessly to show the property. After the first accepted offer, he worked very hard with the buyer and sales agent for 3 months. The buyers pre-approval loan package meant nothing to the lender who would not give him a loan. Roger never gave up and found a new buyer in less than 1 week who closed the escrow in another 2 weeks. Thank God for Roger Lund. He is fantastic in every way. When he asked me if we had already selected a Realtor, I said that we hadn't, but I was ready to interview several until I found one with whom we felt confident. He snapped out his cellphone and texted me the name and number of his own Realtor, Carol Otero of Rodeo Realty in Northridge. To say he "urged" me to contact Carol is to put it mildly. So I did and what followed was one of those instances of great good luck that sometimes finds its way into life at just the right moment. With our first meeting, we all knew right away we had found our Realtor. Carol Otero is that rare combination of fierce tenacity coupled with a powerful professionalism, made all the better with years of experience in good markets and bad. Add in just the right touch of good old-fashioned charm and we knew we were on our way to a great experience. She navigated our sale through all the complexities and demystified the process so that we knew where we were going and how we were going to achieve the maximum return. Within days, we emerged with just the right deal. Carol helped us prioritize the offers and then pushed the best prospects to offer even more. Soon all our worries that preceded finding Carol Otero were replaced by a happy anticipation of the next phases of life ahead. Carol Otero knows the market up to the minute, she knows the neighborhoods throughout, and she knows the buyers and what they're looking for. She's got decades of success and she's been through all the twists and turns. Having Carol Otero on our side, and the full-spectrum resources of Rodeo Realty at the ready, meant our smooth-as-silk escrow was a big win for my family. Now with the proceeds of our sale - a whopping $71K over our asking price - we're excited to re-enter the market as buyers and, this time, we've again got Carol Otero and Rodeo Realty to guide us to just the right match for us. Even though I can't take credit for finding Carol Otero and Rodeo Realty on my own, I'm still going to urge others to let the same good fortune find you. I'm certain you'll soon be equally comfortable with your own "discovery" and eager to share it with your own friends and family.
