My husband had four appointments in which he thought he stuck the needles in way to deep and he actually hurt for days after. We are both disabled veteran's and our treatments were paid for by Preferred Choice. I paid out of pocket $65.00 for herbal medicine to support my healing. Anthony gave me various excuses such as, to close to holiday's for compliance, promised several times to make and bring to my next appointment, until finally he said the company was out. I ended up having to get a refund for services never rendered and as a result both my husband and my own mental and physical well being were not properly addressed. Later Anthony expressed Preferred Choice was not paying him and they even sent him a check that according to him bounced. Whether the fault lies with Preferred Choice or Anthony himself, neither of us were treated to our standards or expectation. Very disappointing.

I arrived about 10 minutes before about my appointment and was able to park right in front of the salon. I was greeted warmly by Jenna upon arrival when I checked in. My hair was in pretty rough shape, and Chelsea and I discussed what I requested ( at length) and gave me her recommendations as soon as I sat in her chair. What a lovely young lady she is. She did a remarkable job considering what she had to work with ( I had not done my hair for almost a full year). She is polite, professional, kind l, patient and competent. I will be back in July and look forward to building a relationship with her as my new stylist and Magnolia Jane as my new salon.

What a huge mistake..uneven and cut my left side and didn't match the right side of my hair. My apologies, but she did an absolutely horrible job with my hair. She studied my fertility charts on my phone's app and seemed to know right away where to place the needles. After trying to conceive for a year, we were able to get a positive pregnancy test within 3 treatments! I was hesitant to trying herbs and cupping, but both were much less strange than I had initially imagined them being and really think they helped us conceive. I'm an acupuncture believer and have been for a few years, but I had only used it for stress relief and pain treatments prior to these visits. Now I'll make sure to get treated again for the next child! The only reason I took off one star is because the walls between her rooms are rather thin and many of her customers are loud talkers so it was difficult to fully relax during the treatments due to noise. But the end result is still the same- she is great at what she does and was able to get me pregnant, so the noise issue is minor. Just don't expect quite tranquility like you would at a massage spa. They sent me messages but I don't eat and breathe my cell phone and it sits inside when I'm out in the garden. I'm 75 years old. And it's an effort to transport myself there... to be shunned in my opinion cold heartedly. They told me I hadn't filled out my paperwork online. I filled out 7 of 10 pages. I found this out when I returned to the car after they told me they would not see me. While in the office they told me I hadn't filled out my paperwork and led me to believe that it was all deleted and I told him that that's not the case and they said we don't have it. Well in the car I looked up their website with my username and password and found that I had filled it out but three pages were missing in the end. Instead of acting mature about it they had to get their last digs in when confronted with this, and THAT IS the kind of people they are. Close minded! It would have taken me five minutes to finish that paperwork and I know that because I had already completed it once. They sacrificed a 75 minute appointment authorized by the Veterans Administration to treat me, Vietnam vet for back pain for 4ea surgeries later as a result of injuries in Vietnam. Seems like they didn't have any records from the VAMC either and they themselves were unprepared. I don't make a lot of comments like this but I will say that in my opinion for my review that the two people I interfaced with when I got there were very immature and very staunch women. It was their way or the highway! Not very open minded. Kind of stupid to give up a 75 minute reimbursement which is probably a little lucrative for them and that was just the first visit which was comprehensive let alone any others they're gonna lose now! I don't think I trust them enough to go back so I found somebody else. 'Poof', be gone! Rude. There's a couple places around one in Scott's Hill and another one that does acupuncture and I would suggest calling them and making them your first choice. Since the daily pain persisted into September, I made an appointment with my GP, who recommended physical therapy. After 5 weeks, without any improvement, I still could not lift my arm above shoulder height, I saw Dr. Cohen. He immediately diagnosed my problem (rotator cuff out of alignment) and adjusted my body. Knowing this is where it began, I felt that I was carrying toxins that were triggering this lung issue. I had nothing to lose by trying this detoxification process.
