I was recommended by my kettlebell trainer to go and see Jason at SUPT about some lower back problems. Having been active and into exercise all my life I was unsure of where to start in seeking help. It's only been 6-7 weeks since I started my weekly sessions with Jason and to be honest I've never felt better, stronger, leaner or fitter in my life! Jason has given me real answers to my problems and has literally made me feel like I have the best posture and greatest core strength ever! I'm now running/walking 9kms a day, swinging 16kg kettlebells daily and dead-lifting 80kg in the onsite gym at SUPT. For as long as I can remember I have had lower back problems. I have been to see osteopaths, physiotherapists, remedial masseuses and even tried chinese medicine but to no prevail. Then I went to see Matt at SUPT, who told me that it was not my lower back that was causing me pain but in fact it was my hips! I couldn't believe it. After my first session I instantly noticed an improvement, my posture was better, I finally had an understanding of how my pain was caused and why and best of all my lower back pain ceased to exist! I've had problems with my ankle for months now, and had been seeing a physio with very little results. Zach treated me from Step Up and he was so fantastic! I thought I had problems only in my ankle region but it turned out there was so much more going on through my leg that had been causing me significant pain. I went to see Jason after the neck, back and shoulder pain I've had for years became worse and started causing tension headaches so bad that I was missing work. After my first session my headaches had all but disappeared, and the neck, back & shoulder pain improved every week. I'm now virtually pain-free and haven't had a tension headaches in months. I went to SUPT after developing abdominal trigger point pain following a hysterectomy - after one session with Matt I was able to halve my pain medication, and within two sessions I was no longer being woken up each morning by pain.
