Total rip off. This team will over charge you. I was billed over 12 hours for a simple personal…read morereturn. That means it took them a full day and a half to do one tax return? I don't think so. Clear and blatant overbilling. In the past I have completed my personal return every year in about 2 hours from other CPAs. Same story for my business returns. They listed multi day hours for these returns as well which are simple rentals. Some taxes and P&Ls are all they have. Other CPAs have taken roughly 2 hours. Service was OK, only thing I can say about them. But I had a total billing of over 48 hours for 1 personal return and 3 rental property returns. Asked for an explanation and I was threatened with a lawsuit if I didn't pay instead of an explanation. So this is either the most incompetent CPA group out there or they are ripping off customers. Shame on them. Crooks.
