An English language version is available as well - just check "German" ;-)

My only complaint about the quality of the Asparagus which could be a bit better especially now that we are in full season. Hint for the summer: protect yourself from insects with a lotion if eating out.

I struggled to rate this place because I had dinner here twice and it was different in terms of…read moreflavour and so on. The restaurant ambience is amazing and that gets 5 stars. The menu itself looks really appealing and has options for most preferences. The vegetarian option is slim but not bad. I ordered the oysters and the seafood special of the day. The oysters were amazing and I loved them. The seafood special was overcooked and lacked flavour. The wedding buffet on the second night was great and the food was really good. The chocolate mousse at the wedding was to die for. Service is very good and despite being full the kitchen staff were stepping out to help which is great. So I would rate the a la carte meal a 3 stars and the wedding meal a 5 stars. Hence I have 4 stars overall. Generally for me no matter what the ambience it's still a restaurant and the main act is the food. No amount of good ambience can make up for an ordinary meal. I would definitely come back here again as it's a decent place with a long German wine list which is unusual in most restaurants.
