Her comments on the restaurant's traditional Regensberger wurst: fabulous, especially with sauerkraut and sweet mustard on a brodchen roll. She did not bring me a wurst back (her excuse: "it would have been cold", damnit) but she did bring a jar of their mustard: wunderbar! Then we also had the 6 sausages with sauerkraut. The 6 sausages were cooked on a grill while the whites were cooked in a broth. The 6 are about the size of a US breakfast sausage. We also shared the potato salad which had great flavor. It is must stop if you are in the town as it is the oldest sausage shop. They also have their own mustard. We got a jar. It is a little sweeter but super delicious!
