He failed to get evidence certified, therefore the judge would not summit it to evidence. He didn't return calls; for 3 months prior to my court date he never spoke with me, even after repeated requests. At the final trial he did not cross examine a single witness, he just sat there, not a single objection when my ex rattle on with multiple lies, that my replacement lawyer later impeached my ex. He never even remembered my child, called her a boy and referred to her as my children, never spoke of her by name. He only cares about the money since he is still paying for his children's medical college, which he discusses in detail instead of your case. I actually got my new lawyer to sue him for malpractice.

In my opinion these are two extraordinarily brilliant individuals and are the absolute best of the best. One has retired from practicing law, and the other is now working with the public defender's office and can no longer accept private clients. I had so much faith in these two individuals that I was worried and in doubt when I realized that I would have to obtain new counsel. However, both spoke so highly of Mr. Moseley, that I was intrigued. I took their advice and gave him a call. It has proved to be one of the better choices that I have made. Within fifteen minutes of our first conversation, I knew this was my guy. Mr. Moseley has since worked on a couple of separate issues for me. Each time he has been pleasant, professional and upfront. He is a man of intellect, simply brilliant, and resourceful. Well versed on multiple areas of law, he seems to know everyone, and has, each time, responded rapidly, and quickly reached a resolution. He explains the law and process thereof, in a way that one understands their own fate, and is not in fear of the unknown. Communication with the client should always be of the upmost priority. I called Maloney Lyons because I thought I'd have an attorney that would look out for me. The only attorney I had ever hired before was a divorce attorney. In the process I was indirectly called a malingerer-he asked me if I knew what a malingerer was-& made to feel like I was purposely hiding information when I had been upfront in the beginning about anything I thought would keep him from wanting to take my case or be a detriment to it. What idiot lies to their own attorney? I was not expecting to be made to feel that I had to defend myself to my own attorney so I had no faith in my case going to court. If you fear your own attorney you aren't going to have faith in your case being successful. I learned a great deal and a huge lesson about how these processes actually work. I will say that his partner Mr Lyons himself did make me feel a bit more at ease and him praying with me before my in office deposition took away a small bit of my anxiety. The whole experience is one of the biggest regrets of my life. I haven't even posted this review until now because of the fear and negativity I felt from that experience.
