THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I would give them a quarter of a star, if I possibly could. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. Drive to Hendersonville store, if you want a good experience. Now if you like being followed around the store PROFILED and pretty much accused of being a possible thief just by the way you look, then this is the store for you! Several women followed me, my adult sons and their girlfriends around the entire store. (I was shopping alone, and my sons were with their girlfriends shopping separately as well. They whispered about watching us (which we overheard) and we should be followed. There was only one nice lady working the store Monday evening. (the 17th of April) She was in the fitting room, when I first starting trying on clothes. She was very helpful to me. I asked her about the limit to take to the room, as I have an odd body shape and I usually have to try on a lot of clothes to find a few that fit well. She said I could take more than the 6 limit on the sign. Although I stuck with the 6 limit anyway, Until the older lady teacher that had been pretending to put up the two pieces of clothing in a buggy as she followed me around the entire clothing section still with the two pieces of clothes. She informed me the limit was 5. So I changed to 5 (sign said six). She then proceeded to go through my buggy while I was in the changing room, under the guise of organizing my buggy (Bull crap, I am not stupid). I had some I had already tried on and some I had to try on as outfit, which she proceeded to mess up. Then she took the ones I wanted to purchase from me under the guise of taking them to register to start removing the security devices. (Which when I arrived to check out, not one single security device had been removed!!!! and one of the girls was playing on her cellphone and continued to do so after the hateful teacher woman asked her to help remove the security devices.) I was fed up after every time I came out of the fitting room she was standing there asking for what I planned to purchase to take up front and watching me get 5 more out of my buggy. I could hear her talking about watching me. Another set of employees was overheard talking about following my 21+ sons and their adult girlfriends. I finally told her if she had a problem with me I would take the very large amount of cash I had in my purse and go somewhere else. Which is exactly what I should have done instead of giving this pitiful excuse for a business my money. They mentally assaulted my family, we were 100% profiled by the women. Even after I confronted them and offered to show them cash, they didn't stop. I HIGHLY suggest not to set foot in the horrible place. BTW, I spent a HUGE , NO I mean HUGE amount of money and that was after I got fed up and just put the rest of the clothes I had in my buggy, back on the return rack without trying them on. I WISH I hadn't given them any money and I may still just return every single piece of these clothes in the next few days and drive to Hendersonville, because I am just livid by the horrible experience. I have never been treated so badly in my life, in any store. They had me in tears because of their treatment.
Those women working tonight have no business working there and treating people the way they treated myself and my family!!! DO NOT SET FOOT IN THIS HORRIBLE STORE. Unless they replace the horrible employees except the one nice lady that was working in the fitting room. BTW, this was not a racial profiling in any way. I meant profiling as to who they thought were thieves or who they didn't think had money. read more
