One of the few nail salons in town which offers powder acrylic and not only the gel (which is more expensive so the nail technician really tried to sell it to me despite my clear objection- I have nails for years and I've found that the gel doesn't last as long and hold as strong). Looks clean and professional. I called there the same morning and set an appointment for later that day. People there were not too friendly or offered coffee or something. Girls were all Vietnamese and didn't talk to me at all except to ask how would like my nails and trying to sell me the gel, but it's fine. Tips: 1. describe exactly what you want for your nails (in german). My German isn't perfect and I wasn't completely understood. 2. Set an appointment before you drop by. 3. Add a flower to a nail or two, not too costly and made me very happy. 4. Don't forget to tip the mail technician. Enjoy

Alle ihre Kolleginnen fingen an, mich anzuschreien und mir zu sagen, dass ich genauso wie sie 10 € zahlen müsse und sie den Job erledigt hätte. Sie zerrten mich sogar aus dem Salon und schrien mich an, schimpften mich aus! So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt. Ich konnte den Standort auf Google MAPS nicht finden! Ich habe keinen Manager oder Chef erreichen können! Sie sagten mir, dass sie mir nicht IHRE NAMEN geben können und dass sie keinen Chef oder Manager haben! Schrecklich!!!!! Today 13.01.2025 I was in this salon! I wanted to have my old nails removed! And this was the result. I was shocked !!! The lady there had a terrible attitude, yelling at me and telling me that this is how they do their work. I felt horrible. All her coworkers started yelling at me and telling me that I had to pay 10€ just like her and she did the job. They were actually kicking me out of the salon yelling at me, yelling bad words! I have never experienced anything like that in my life. I couldn't find the location on Google MAPS! I couldn't contact any of the managers or bosses! They told me they could not give me THEIR NAMES AND THEY HAVE NO BOSS OR MANAGER!

I tried both shellac and gel and I had to come back for each as the manicure was deteriorated and had some nails broken (as there was no more product to support it). Also after having my shellac appointment I had to go back also because there were not enough top coats on the nails which led to having them bend with every move plus they became very painful (could not even do basic things). Also, regarding appointments they sometimes do not keep proper track of them so you either end up waiting for minutes or going back home (my case during my 1st appointment), having a new appointment established (which is a pain in the a$$ for us working 9-6). A shame that nobody replies to the complaints via emails anymore! Somebody should apologise for all the above. I wish these people would have "sorry" in their vocab! Though I live on the other side of Frankfurt, a trip here is worth it. I am currently working on improving my deutsch so it is not perfect, but the ladies were willing to speak English and were also talkative and showed genuine interest in their clients. Unlike the awkward silence I've found at the nail shop in Skyline Plaza and elsewhere. Call me spoiled, but having grown up in friendly California, I thrive on good customer service and I am glad I was able to find that here plus get my nails done in an amazing way. The pedicure session lasted approximately ten minutes, which was notably brief considering the standard duration for such services. Usually a pedicure takes 30 to 45 minutes. This limited time frame significantly impacted the quality of the service. Key aspects of a pedicure, like addressing cracked heels and callouses, require attention and care, which were unfortunately overlooked and hastily done. When I pointed this out to the attendant, he seemed irritated he was asked to rectify. The attendant assigned to me seemed very disengaged and, at times, appeared frustrated. While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, the level of professionalism expected in customer service was not met. His surly attitude affected the overall atmosphere of the session and negatively contributed to a relaxing or welcoming experience. I paid 27 euros for the service, which, under normal circumstances, would be reasonable for a standard pedicure. However, given the brevity and the poor quality of the service provided, it was very overpriced and did not meet the value-for-money expectation. My experience at Daisy Nails was incredibly disappointing. I've had dozens of pedicures over the years, some fantastic and others mediocre, but none of these visits has left me this angry and upset by the service. Avoid at all costs.
